This program is designed to preserve existing rental housing and provide long-term stability for the local workforce by offering multi-year cash incentives to owners of long-term rentals

Here you can set your rental criteria, including location, price, amenities & more and we will let you know when we have a property that matches your profile.

Lease to Locals incentivizes property owners for the duration of one lease term only (in most markets). It is the responsibility of landlords and tenants to communicate with one another about property management, including plans to renew the lease and changes in rental rate following the initial lease.
