We are empty nesters and quiet, active adults who love our home and neighborhood. We will work to make our tenants happy, and are excited to share this beautiful area and home. We need tenants that work in the area and qualify for lease to locals’ program. This is our home that we love and are proud of, and we are looking for tenants who will treat it with respect and will care for this home. No Smoking, Vaping or drugs inside. If tenant is not qualified for lease to locals, then rent is $2400 per month.
