Tenant Qualifications

The owner of this property is participating in the Mammoth Lakes Lease to Locals Program aimed at unlocking existing homes for local employee needs. As such, only tenants that meet the following qualifications will be considered for this home:

1) Work for an Employer in the Region — At least 50% of the adults over 18 in the household must currently be employed an average of at least 30 or more hours per week, or meet full time employment equivalency with employer verification, based out of or at a site within the Mammoth Unified School District geographical boundary, who is not of blood relation to the Property Owner.

AND

2) The household’s gross annual Income can not average more than $124,450 per year per person.

Note:

The Lease to Locals program incentivizes property owners for the duration of one lease term only (in most markets). It is the responsibility of landlords and tenants to communicate with one another about property management, including plans to renew the lease and changes in rental rate following the initial lease.
