This condo is centrally located in the Mountain Shadows Complex, with convient access to stores, resturants, the local hospital, and Eagle Lodge.  Right outside complex are convient shuttle stops to easily get you to the slopes and the village.

This corner unit is located on the second floor (full flight of stairs to front door) and has an open and spacious floor plan.  The condo is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen for your cooking convience. The living room has two full size couches, electric wall heater and a wood burning stove. In the warmer months, enjoy the patio located immediately off of the living room.  In addition, the free wifi service and large Smart TV support your streaming needs.

Immediatly off of the living room is the downstairs bedroom, which contains a queen size bed, TV with a Firestick, and a full size wrap around bathroom that is also accessible via the kitchen/living room.  The upstairs loft serves as the second bedbroom with 3 twin size beds, a full bath, and a large walk in closet.  In addition, the loft contains a new stackable interior washer and dryer for laundry.

On site amenities include a jacuzzi or dry sauna, which are open year round. The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend. Gas BBQs and outside seating areas are available in warmer months, with full snow removal services during the winter. Parking is included for 2 cars.

Important: Prefer a family of no more than 4,  or professionals, looking for a month to month rental of 5+ months, not to exceed a year.  Fully furnished, but no  linens, blankets or towels provided.  Not included is electricity and gas, but free wifi is provided. No pets allowed. The upstairs interior storage closet and the outside exterior closet will remian locked for owner use.
