2) The household’s gross annual Income can not average more than $130,800 per adult.

3) At least 2 tenants that meet the Lease to locals must qualify for this lease price. This may include 2 adults  employed  within the region as specified in item 1) of the qualifications or 1 adult meeting the qualifications and at least 1 child enrolled within the TTUSD boundary.
