The Cabin is full of woodwork inside and Outside: 7 layers of Decking, BBQ area, propane Fire Pit, a Greenhouse (optional) with views of the Lake.
Inside is furnished (optional) with a Piano and Fireplace in Living Room, a TV/VCR/DVD setup in Media Room (optional), Beds are in the Master, the large Loft, and the medium Loft (optional). The Master has an extension area plus a private outdoor area. The kitchen also has an extension area. Quarterly Cabin Visits for evaluating Cabin Care and Cleanliness will be conducted.
Utilities (Water, Electric, Trash, Internet, and Snow Removal) will be split 50/50 between the cabin and the Short Term Rental over the garage.
The Owner will be at the property for about 1 week each month (There us another Short Term renter lodging space above the Garage).
