We just purchased this 3bed/2bath condo. Located on Hidden Circle in lower Tahoe Donner near Pizza on the Hill, and TD clubhouse with pool and tennis/pickleball courts. 1 mile to Trout Creek recreation center. Easy trail access to downtown Truckee or the plethora of mtb trails.

Looking for someone to occupy the primary bedroom w/ private bath and walk-in closet. The deal is you get the whole place to yourself most of the time. The caveat is we want to use the house 1-2 weekends/month, requiring you to occasionally share with me (44 year old male), my wife (41 year old), kid (4 year old boy), and golden doodle dog.

House is fully furnished with a queen bed in the primary. Just installed a ceiling fan as well. Garage parking available with limited storage.

We pay all of internet and garbage. You split electric, water, and gas utilities with us.

TD membership optional for ~$200 giving unlimited access to gym, pools, spas, courts, private beach on Donner Lake. Members get discounts on other amenities such as golf.

Looking for at least 5-6 month lease, with potential for longer.
