We are a couple who have lived in Truckee for nearly 10 years and would love to find long term renters to enjoy the house.

The house is located in Tahoe Donner neighborhood. The backyard is private and the view looks into trees. Its a lovely street with many year round friendly neighbors. Quick access to hiking, mtb, and ski touring at the end of Copenhagen right out of the backyard.

The house comes partially furnished with: 2 couches, 1 queen size bed, 1 queen size day bed, 1 queen bed frame (no mattress) The kitchen has pots/pans/basic plate wares and utensils, etc. 2 bedroom dressers/bed side tables and night stands Loft has a Roku television and TV cabinet. *Can remove any furnishings not wanted

$3200/month plus one months rent for security deposit

Tenants pay electric and water utilities

Garbage/Recycling is included in rent

Cats and small dogs are welcome.
