The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and 5 burner gas stove. The upstairs also just got brand new carpeting. Downstairs is a large bedroom with a half bath. Downstairs, there is also a large family room, laundry room, and garage like storage area (not suited for a car).  There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. There is a deck upstairs, and a patio with an outdoor fireplace in the backyard. A hot tub that fits 4 is also in the backyard.  The hot tub functions, but is old and the jets need TLC, for sure.  There is central, forced air heating.  There are 3 total parking spots – 2 in driveway/front of the house and  1 at the end of the street (the home is on a small, dead end street with parking spaces at the end).  Snow removal is free and taken care of by neighbor who owns snow plow business!  It’s definitely the best plowed street in the Truckee.  Utilities–electric, water, propane, garbage and any internet are all paid by the tenant. Utilities transferred to tenant include: electric & water (PUD), propane fill-up, and garbage (1 can per week is free).

Overall, we are really seeking great people who communicate about any needs and treat our home with care and respect, as if it were your own. It is a magical spot.  It’s got the closest downtown, unpaid parking in Truckee, and it’s right on Trout Creek.  It gets amazing sun too. It’s the best!
