Tenant Qualifications

The owner of this property is participating in the Incline Village Crystal Bay Lease to Locals Program aimed at unlocking existing homes for local employee needs. As such, only tenants that meet the following qualifications will be considered for this home:

1) Work for an Employer in the Region — At least one of the adults over 18 in the household must work at least 30 hours per week for an employer located in the geographic boundaries of the Incline Village Crystal Bay Planning Boundary.

AND

2) The household’s gross annual Income can not average more than $141,750 per adult.

The Lease to Locals program incentivizes property owners for the duration of one lease term only (in most markets). It is the responsibility of landlords and tenants to communicate with one another about property management, including plans to renew the lease and changes in rental rate following the initial lease.
