You always make the final call on who your tenants are and then we help you take things to the finish line. We provide you a lease agreement and coordinate e-signing.

We charge a one-time tenant placement fee — never any ongoing monthly management fees. We bill homeowners ½ of 1 month of rent split into two payments, half before we list your property and half after placing tenants in your home. If the rental rate changes in the listing process, we adjust the second payment to reflect the final monthly rent.
It all starts with tenant screening, which is our expertise. We look to ensure potential tenants are responsive, stable, and gainfully employed. We then run full credit checks, background checks, income, employment verification, and check landlord and personal references. If you are applying for a Lease to Locals program, we also screen tenants to ensure they qualify and collect all documents to put an application together on your behalf.
That’s no problem! In surveying renters, we’ve found that there is a mix of demands for both furnished and unfurnished homes. While most long-term tenants prefer an unfurnished or partially furnished home, many monthly and seasonal renters prefer a furnished place.
Every house is different, but we are the experts in the local renter market and can guide you in the right direction. Rent price often varies based on length of lease, condition and location of the house, furnishings, and whether you allow pets.
