If you work at Northstar, Truckee, or North Tahoe for the spring through fall season, then our home may be right for you. It is available April 1 through the end of November.  Ideally, we would like to have a 6-8 month lease (through December 20) but we would consider a shorter 5-month lease.

Our condo has all the comforts of a modern Tahoe home; a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, dishwasher, french door refrigerator) with granite counters, fireplace, high ceilings with beautiful wood beams and large windows, smart TVs, a Cal King bed in one bedroom, a Queen bed in another, a hide-a-bed in the living room, laundry room w W/D, fast WiFi, two parking spaces right in front of the condo and many other spots close by. There are NO STAIRS to climb to get in and it is only 15 minutes away from Kings Beach and Truckee.

You will have full access to Northstar’s recreation center where there are three hot tubs, a lap pool, 8 tennis courts, 6 pickleball courts, table tennis, and a full workout facility.

As much as we love animals we do not allow pets in our home. We also do not allow smoking of any kind. Utilities, high-speed internet, and television, are included in the rent.
