The home is available for a 12 month lease, but homeowner is open to discussing a shorter term lease as well. Gas, water, and cable/ internet will be the responsibility of the tenant. Snow removal is included. Preferred max occupancy of 3 adults or a single family. Parking available in driveway for 3 cars (no garage).
